Learn Line Dance

New to line dancing or want a refresher? These quick video lessons cover the basic line dance steps you’ll see again and again. Master the fundamentals and make learning new dances easier and more enjoyable.

Line dances are made up of small sections called 8-counts. These 8-counts are put together to create a full line dance. Each section uses common line dance moves that have names and specific counts. Learning these basic moves will make it much easier to follow along, learn new dances, and remember the steps. Below you’ll find a list of these moves, along with a video for each one so you can practice at your own pace.
